Pre-Stretched Kanekalon Hair

At Dreads&Frutsels we sell 2 types of pre-stretched hair.

This is a High heat fiber with a fine structure.

We also sell Low heat pre-stretched hair with a coarser structure.

But what is Pre-Stretched hair?

Pre-stretched hair literally means 'pre-stretched hair' and is stretched and delivered in layers.

The hair runs into a nice point at the bottom, which is ideal if you want to make dreadlocks and braids with loose ends.

This saves you a lot of work mixing everything in layers.

The ends are already 'layered' and your dreads will not become blunt or blunt at the bottom.

The hair is delivered folded in 60 centimeters just like jumbo braid.

But does not come in a braid.

It is beautiful, soft hair and ideal for backcombing.

The hair can be properly steamed & be sealed, and gives beautiful ends.

The hair can also be perfectly curled and can be placed in hot water.

it is easy to handle, if you want to make nice Viking braids from it, for example.

You can also mix the hair well, creating your own perfect color.

Advantages of kanekalone are that it:

  • flame retardant
  • is anti-bacterial
  • Delivered without chemical coating
  • Has natural looking ends.

Each pack contains 80 grams of hair, which is delivered folded into 60 cm.

The hair is made without a chemical coating and a lot of attention has been paid to finding a hair type that does not itch or itch.

Because this is of course not nice and pleasant!

The hair is also supplied without plastic and is all bundled with rope.

What is the difference between High heat and Low heat fiber?

Kanekalon® High Heat fiber

This means that Kanekalon has a high heat resistance of approximately 160 degrees, where you can steam and style the hair up to this temperature.

Low Temperature Fiber

Looks a lot like Kanekalon® but has a slightly coarser structure.  With comparable heat resistance.  It hardens in hot water.

For a full head of thinner dreadlocks, use 7 bunches of hair.

Do you want average thickness dreadlocks? then you use 6 bunches of hair.

And for thicker dreadlocks, 5 bunches are enough.
