Warranty & Return


Items that are not to your liking can be returned within 14 days (if they meet the conditions and exceptions below). You can register the return by sending an email to:

The shipping costs and risk in case of returns are for the customer. 

Returns will be processed as quickly as possible.

As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a message by email and the return amount will be transferred to you.

Items that are not to your liking can be exchanged within 14 days. 

Conditions and exceptions:

- All Dreadlocks in the store and custom work and custom orders. Unfortunately it is not possible to return dreadsets and custom work, as all products are made to the customer's wishes. 

- The item is unworn and unwashed;

For sealed products. Such as shampoos, etc. that have been opened cannot be returned.
Hygiene products such as bath and nightcaps and detox bassins.



I care about my products and logically do my best to deliver them to you in top condition.
However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to me within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.


It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to me by
