Terms and Conditions

Good general terms and conditions are important for online retailers and customers. Here you can read my Webshop General Terms and Conditions. It is not only the government that creates rules to ensure the safety of your purchase. As an online retailer, I would also like to inform you of our terms and conditions. By agreeing to the Webshop General Terms and Conditions, an agreement has been concluded between me and you as a customer. But before you agree to my General Terms and Conditions, I kindly request that you read the terms and conditions carefully and take note of my working method. This can prevent unpleasant situations! Article 1 - Webshop

1.1. The webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its statutory contribution to the Tax Authorities. You can find my Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number on my website. You will also find my contact details there. 1.2. my webshop has an SLL Certificate. This means that we meet all legal requirements regarding the security of your personal data and payment information. We strive to continuously improve the security of your data. In the event of abuse by hackers, we will report it to the police. 1.3. We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask your permission in advance. 1.4. Since June 5, 2012, all web shops are obliged to ask you for permission in advance regarding cookies. You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy. 1.5. I am obliged to report any suspicion of abuse or fraud to the police. 1.6. The webshop has taken out professional liability insurance to cover itself against any unjustified liability claimed by a customer. 1.7. I strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, I will be happy to help you.

Article 2 - Cooling-off period and Returns

2.1. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a particular product. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us without having to pay for the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the product in question. Because you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number. 2.2. Products returned to us must be in the original packaging.

2.3. There are some products that cannot be returned to me. 

Products that cannot be returned to me are the bathing caps and nightcaps for hygienic purposes.
Care items such as shampoos, etc. cannot be returned if the seal is broken, then unfortunately I cannot refund money or cancel the purchase.

The  synthetic dreadsets and extensions that are custom-made are not covered by the return conditions, as they are custom-made and therefore cannot be resold.

This includes all 'made to order' products. Or products with a delivery time. This delivery time is often 14 days.

I tailor all my dreads with care and attention, in your colors and length. Did you change your mind afterwards or do you not like them? Then Dreads&Frutsels tries to solve this as best as possible. Money is not returned for custom made products. Partly to guarantee the costs and time invested in your assignment.
As a result, these custom-made products are not covered by the right of return.

Article 3 - The agreement

3.1. The agreement between the online store and the customer is final when the customer has indicated that he has agreed to the general terms and conditions and he has left the online store.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired and payment has been received by the online store, the customer becomes the owner of the product in question. 3.2. The agreement was concluded electronically, by completing the required fields and agreeing to the general terms and conditions.

3.3. As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the online store. If you do not pay within the specified period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you have still not paid after 14 days, costs will be charged. If you have still not paid the debt after several reminders, we will outsource the collection to a collection agency. 3.4. After you have made your purchase, you will receive a written confirmation of your purchase from us by e-mail. It states the product you have purchased, what it will cost you and where you can go with any complaints and comments. 3.5. We are obliged to deliver the product or item to you within 30 days. If due to unforeseen circumstances the item is not available within this period, we will inform you in writing or by email. After these 30 days have expired, we will refund any purchase price you have already paid. This can never be more than 50 percent of the total purchase amount. However, if you have indicated in advance that a replacement item is also an option, we will supply you with a replacement product or item that meets your needs as much as possible. Of course you can indicate in advance that you do not want that. 3.6. The delivery of products abroad may take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The

costs charged for shipping to an address abroad will be visible to you when you purchase the product.

Article 4 - The price

4.1. The prices stated in our webshop always include VAT. The costs that must be paid for shipping the product will become visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart. 4.2. If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are obliged to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud will be punished and reported to the authorities that should be aware of it. In addition, a report is made to the police. 4.3. The price stated for the product on the website cannot change during your purchase.

You pay the amount that is visible with the product and which is also confirmed to you if you electronically agree to the purchase. The purchase price is stated again. 4.4.

If you purchase a product during a period in which no promotion applies, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

Article 5 - Complaints and warranty

5.1. Complaints about delivery must first be reported to me by telephone. I would be happy to assist you. I will then contact the relevant delivery person

regarding the delivery of the product. 5.2. Complaints about the product itself must be reported to me in writing. These cannot be answered by me personally. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. I will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler for you and mediate on your behalf as an intermediary. If it is within our capabilities, I will solve the problem for you myself.

5.3. Complaints are usually handled by me within 14 days. A complaint is always handled in writing.

I want to provide you with excellent service at all times. 5.4. A short warranty applies to every product we supply to you.
I can only offer a limited warranty on all products in my webshop. If you discover a defect or defect in one of our items, we request that you report this to me within 48 hours of delivery. 5.5. If the product breaks within the warranty period, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price. However, this does not apply if there is intent or intent

deliberate damage. I also kindly request that you contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. You may be able to claim this on your home contents insurance. In both situations, refunds cannot be made without a purchase receipt. After the warranty period has expired, the replacement value also expires in the event of a possible claim for damages. Payment will then be made on the basis of current value.
