Shipping & Payment

 

Shipping within the EU

We do our very best to process your order with care and love.
Every Monday, we bring all parcels to the post office in Croatia, where we handle our webshop logistics.
We live in Hungary, but ship from Croatia because the postal service there is the most reliable for our webshop.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.
 

Delivery time
Average delivery time: 5 working days, counted from the first Monday after your order.

  • Netherlands: delivered by PostNL

  • Belgium: B-Post

  • Germany: Deutsche Post / DHL

  • Other EU countries: via the national postal service

After about 5 days, you can enter your Track & Trace code on your local carrier’s website.
 

Registered shipping
All packages are sent registered and never delivered to neighbors.
If you are not at home, the package will be sent to a pickup point (7-day holding period).
Not picked up = returned → purchase amount refunded minus €10 return fee.
Re-shipping is possible after payment of new shipping costs.
 

Customs
Occasionally, customs may carry out random inspections, which can cause delays.
If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
 

Shipping outside the EU

USA – Shipping to the United States
Due to current shipping restrictions at Hrvatska Pošta, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States.
As soon as international shipping to the U.S. becomes available again, this will be announced on our website.
 

Worldwide

  • Delivery time varies by country and postal system

  • Shipping cost: €12.50 with Track & Trace
    Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
     

Shipping costs

We cover approximately half of the shipping costs, so you never pay the full international rate.

  • Orders up to €20 → €7.50

  • Orders up to €50 → €6.50

  • Orders €50–€100 → €5.95

  • Orders from €100 → €4.50

You can pay safely via:

  • iDEAL

  • Klarna (Pay Later / Pay Now)

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • SEPA Bank Transfer (EU)

  • Bancontact

  • Giropay
