Shipping & Payment
Shipping within the EU
We do our utmost to process your order with care and love.
Every Monday we take all parcels to the post office in Croatia, where we handle our webshop logistics.
We ourselves live in Hungary, but ship from Croatia because the postal service there is the most reliable for our webshop.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
Delivery time
Average delivery time: 5 working days, calculated from the first Monday after your order.

Other EU countries: via the national postal service
After approximately 5 days, you can enter your Track & Trace code on the website of your local carrier.
Registered shipping
All parcels are shipped registered and are never delivered to neighbors.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be taken to a pickup point (storage period: 7 days).
Not collected = returned → purchase amount refunded minus €10 return costs.
Reshipping is possible after payment of new shipping costs.
Customs
Occasionally, customs carry out random checks, which may cause delays.
If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Shipping costs
We ship our orders with Track & Trace via Hrvatska Pošta.
Postal rates have recently increased and now apply as a single fixed rate per parcel, regardless of weight.
To keep shipping affordable, we cover part of the shipping costs ourselves.
Our shipping rates are therefore:

Orders up to €50 → €7.50

Orders from €50 → €6.95

Shipping outside the EU
USA: Shipping to the United States
Due to current shipping restrictions at Hrvatska Pošta, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States.
As soon as international shipping to the USA becomes possible again, this will be announced immediately on our website.
Worldwide: delivery time varies per country and postal system

Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
